After placing the order and paying the down payment, if you also chose the installation service we will meet for measurements at your place. Otherwise, we will prepare a design based on your measurements. Within a maximum of 1 week after the down payment, you will receive documentation from us for approval. Once the documentation is approved, it will go into the production queue and you will not have the opportunity for free modifications.

When your door goes from the queue to production, you will be informed of the scheduled delivery or installation date. You will receive the final delivery date the day before shipment or 2-3 days before the scheduled installation.
